Sure Start is the Government programme to deliver the best start in life for every child, bringing together early education, childcare, health and family support. Sure Start Children’s Centres provide integrated services for young children and their families. 

Samuels seeks to work together with other agencies and local Children's Centres and believe that co-operating and networking together enables all of us to offer parents & carers a wider variety of services.
